Messina’s The Christmas Coma trifle is making a comeback and it’s more festive than ever. Enjoy layers of house-made gelato, red velvet cake, vanilla Chantilly cream, sour cherry jelly, dulce de leche mousse, lime gel, Italian meringue and chocolate-cover biscuit crumbs.
It’ll feed up to 18-20 people and even comes with a bag of chocolate-coated nuts and one litre of brandy custard. We can definitely cheers to that!
