This week is Women’s Health Week! A week to celebrate all things WOMAN and also shed light on women’s mental health and well-being. A lot of the time we find reasons why we can’t put ourselves first or why we should just keep quiet about what’s swirling around in our heads. This week we need to end stigmas, break free and SPEAK!
#5waysin5days is happening this week as part of women’s health week and it's all about breaking down the stigma surrounding anxiety and reminding women everywhere to share photos of their “real face”.
